About Us

Specialized Metal Forming Engineering Partner

Form Tech Metal is an engineering-driven sourcing platform dedicated to metal forming technologies in Vietnam. We work with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to translate design intent into manufacturable, high-performance formed metal components. Our role focuses on engineering coordination, tooling alignment, supplier capability development, and shared responsibility across the production lifecycle.

Our Services

Our Core Engineering Services

Scope of Components

Scope of Components

Form Tech Metal supports the production of a wide range of formed metal components used across industrial, machinery, and equipment applications. These include stamped brackets and structural reinforcements, deep-drawn housings and shells, sheet metal enclosures, and formed structural frames. We also work with complex sub-assemblies for machinery systems as well as tubular components requiring precise forming, bending, and end-forming processes.

Technologies Covered

Technologies Covered

Our manufacturing ecosystem covers core metal forming technologies required for both high-volume and high-mix production programs. This includes progressive and transfer stamping for repeatable mass production, deep drawing and precision forming for complex geometries, CNC bending and press brake forming for structural accuracy, as well as roll forming for continuous profiles. Tube bending and end-forming processes are also supported for components used in mechanical and structural assemblies.

Materials

Materials

We work with a broad range of industrial metals commonly used in metal forming applications. Supported materials include carbon steel for structural strength, stainless steel for corrosion resistance, aluminum alloys for lightweight applications, and galvanized or coated steels for enhanced durability in demanding operating environments.

Early Design & DFM

Early Design & DFM

Form Tech Metal engages early in the design phase to ensure components are optimized for metal forming processes. This includes detailed formability analysis, careful material selection, and thickness optimization to balance strength, cost, and manufacturability. Particular attention is given to tolerance definition and springback control, helping to reduce production risk and ensure dimensional stability during mass production.

Tooling & Die Engineering

Tooling & Die Engineering

We coordinate closely on tooling and die engineering to support stable, long-term production. This involves aligning progressive die design with part geometry and production volume requirements, planning for tool life and preventive maintenance, and optimizing tooling strategies to achieve the lowest possible cost per part without compromising quality or reliability.

Production Stabilization

Production Stabilization

During production ramp-up, Form Tech Metal supports first article approval and works with manufacturing partners to align process capability with customer requirements. Ongoing monitoring and technical coordination help stabilize production, minimize variation, and drive continuous improvement as volumes scale, ensuring consistent quality and delivery performance over the product lifecycle.
